3 cups of fresh blueberries. 1 sliver of butter1 tsp sugar3 cups of skim milkHoney Maid Graham cracker pie crustSugar free fat free vanilla instant Jello Pudding
Prepare pudding. Poor about 3/4's (throw out excess) into crust and let set in fridge for an hour. While setting, place blueberries in a non-stick saute pan with a sliver of butter. get the blueberries bubbeling orver a med-high heat and then sprinkle about 1 tsp of sugar ovar blueberries and stir around gentley. Drain off excess liquid and let cool and then poor over pie crust. return to refridgerator to set until serving -- overnight will produce best results.
