White Chicken Chili

Ingredients
2 chicken breast halves, baked and diced3 cans of cannelini beans, drained & rinsed1-2 4oz cans of diced green chiles (to taste)3 cups 99% fat free chicken broth1 medium onion, diced2 tbsp minced garlic2 tbsp ground cuminnon-stick cooking spray**Optional garnish suggestions: fat free sour cream, sliced avocado, lime juice, minced cilantro **(not factored into nutritional information.)
Directions
In large pot, sprayed with non-stick, saute diced onion. Add drained/rinsed beans. Mash about 1/3 of beans. Add chicken broth and stir well. Add rest of ingredients. Allow to simmer for about 20 minutes. Makes 8 1-cup servings.
