cook bacon after you cut it into pcs, drain grease off.
put in corn, black beans after you drain them. add salsa, then add egg whites and scraamble till done.
put tortillas in microwave for 30 seconds, add above ing you may use fat free sour cream or reduced cheese. just be sure to acount for these as extra calories.
