Cherry Jalapeno Barbeque Sauce

Ingredients
1/2 Cup Cherry Jam1/2 Cup Ketchup1/4 Cup Red Wine2 Roasted Jalapeno Peppers3 Cloves of Garlic1 Medium Sweet Onion Chopped2 Tablespoons Olive Oil2 Tablespoons Red Wine Vinegar
Directions
Roast Jalapeno Peppers in an oven or on a grill until soft peel and dice. Heat Olive Oil in a medium sauce pan. Add onion and cook until soft. Add Garlic, Jelly, Jalepeno, Ketchup and Red Wine Vinegar and cook until heated through. Add Red Wine. Cook on low for an additional 5 minutes.

Use this sauce as a BBQ sauce, or as a marinade for chicken, pork, or ribs.

Makes 12 servings 2 tablespoons each.
