Pasta with ground turkey and tomatoes

Ingredients
1 lb. Ground turkey 1/4 cup Onions, minced2 cloves Garlic, minced 1 can (14.5 oz) Del Monte stewed tomatoes-Italian Recipe1/4 cup grated Parmesan Cheese, divided2 cups Spaghetti, cooked
Directions
Brown turkey with onion. Add garlic and stewed tomatoes and cook for about 5 minutes. Add cooked spaghetti and grated cheese and heat through for another 5 minutes. Sprinkle with a bit of grated cheese and serve with a salad.

    Good flavor but it was very dry, so I added some tomato sauce and water to cover the pasta - 8/3/09

    Oops! I just realized the pasta is double what it should have been - 2 cups cooked - not 4! Sorry for the mix up!
