Hungarian Goulash

Ingredients
1 lb ground beef1 chopped onion1 chopped bell pepper, any color1/2 c chopped celery1/2 c chopped carrot1 chopped potato2 c cooked macaroni1/2 tbsp basil flakes1 can chopped tomatoes1 can tomato sauce (more if you like it a bit more saucy)salt and pepper to tasteCheddar cheese (if desired)
Directions
Chop veggies. Brown the ground beef and veggies and pour away the grease. Add tomatoes and sauce. Stir. Take off heat and toss into a large bowl. Place in a baking dish and top with cheese if desired. Bake for 20 min at 350 degrees covered. Enjoy!
