Fish Marinade with Mustard and Dill

Ingredients
Juice of 3 lemons1/4 c olive oil2 tbsp dijon mustard1/4 c fresh dill1/4 tsp saltpepper3 garlic cloves minced (less or more if desired)1 lb fish
Directions
Toss all this stuff together and place it in the fridge covered for at least 2 hours. Makes enough for 1 lb of fish, or so. Enjoy!
