Ingredients
1 Medium banana1/2 TBS peanut butter1/2 TBS honey
Directions
Put the banana in a blender and pulse until creamy. Add the peanut butter and honey. Blend all together until thoroughly mixed.

After it is all mixed put the mixture into a container and place in freezer. I freeze for about an hour so it is kind of frozen, but still scoopable.

This only makes one serving and is a good replacement for icecream.

this is awesome. straight from the smoothie maker it's like soft serve ice cream but if left in the freezer for an hour or two looks like regular ice cream with the same taste consistency. add a squeeze of lemon to stop bananas changing colour if you like... - 7/23/10

I make something similar, but because when I want sweets, I want them NOW, i start with a frozen banana and eat it right away! - 10/15/09
