Chicken Stir Fry

16 oz. Chicken breast1 TBS olive oil6 cups california blend vegetables2 TBS soy Sauce
Directions
Cut up chicken, cook in heated olive oil. When Chicken is cooked through add veg. Let steam, add soy sauce. Serve over rice.
