1 Can Black Beans - rinsed & drained1 Can of Shoe Peg Corn1 can of Rotel - drained1 Medium Purple Onion ChoppedSprig of fresh Colantro1/4 tsp crushed garlic (I use minced)3-4 tbspn of Red Wine Vinegar
Directions
Stir all the ingrediants together in a bowl & chill for an hour or so
