Ingredients
NOTE: I estimated the blackberries b/c I used 6 (was running out!). The strawberries are frozen/unsweetened but the only way to get the calories per strawberry (11) was to choose fresh/medium (they were of slightly varying sizes). I'll try to fix this recipe but its flexible so if you import I believe you can tweak the ingredients to suit your taste too.
Directions
Put all ingredients in blender and blend. Adjust to suit tastes. You can add a part of a banana for extra potassium.
