2 - 6.5oz cans chopped clams1 - 10oz can whole clams2 Tblsp Smart Balance Spread1/4 cup Flour6 cups milk, 2%2 Tblsp garlicsalt & pepper to taste
Melt Smart Balance Spread, stir in 1/4 cup flour and blend until smooth; add garlic and stir for 1 minute, don't allow to burn; add milk stirring occassionally until thickened. When thick add clams and some of the clam juice.
