1 cup 8th Continent Light Vanilla Soy Milk1 cup Yogurt, Yoplait Light Very Vanilla, Fat Free1/2 medium banana3/4 cup (140 grams) Dole Frozen Mango Chunks1 cup Great Value frozen blueberries4 tbsp Kretschmer Original Toasted Wheat Germ1/2 cup Bear Naked Fit Vanilla Almond Crunch
Directions
Add the soy milk and yogurt to the blender first. Add other ingredients and blend to desired consistancy.
