    DIRECTIONS:
    - PREHEAT oven to 350ºF. Mix all ingredients until well blended.
    - POUR into greased 9-inch pie plate.
    - BAKE 40 min. or until center is set.

    SUBSTITUTE:
    Substitute 1/2 cup chopped red bell peppers for the roasted peppers. - 2/28/11
