Pain's Veggy Beef Soup

Ingredients
Beef, bottom round, 1.85 lb Carrots, raw, 3 cup, chopped Red Potato, 2 cup Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped Garlic, 2 tsp Chili powder, 4 tbsp Salt, 1.5 tsp *Onion powder, 1 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne, 1 tsp Cumin*, 1 tsp *Knorr Chicken Bouillon, 2 tsp Water, tap, 8 cup
Directions
Cut beef into 2 inche squares, put into a cooking pot.
Add to it 8 cups of water.
Add 1 chicken flavored bouillion cube.
Add half the Dry Mix
Heat to boil for 10 minutes uncovered.
Then Cover and simmer for 80 minutes.

Mix All dry ingrediants together
Split into halves.
Put 1 half of dry mix in with beef and water.

When meat is done (90 minutes pass)
Chop Veggies

Add all Veggies to Beef and Bring it back to a boil for 5 minutes.

Cook on Medium for 30 minutes.
