Beef and Mushrooms with Fettuccine

2 Tbsp Shedd's Spread1 Pound Top Sirloin Steak, cut into bite sized peices1 Tbsp Olive Oil2 Tbsp Celery, finely chopped2 Cups Mushrooms, cut into 1/4" slices1 Red Onion, finely chopped1 Tsp dried thyme1 Tsp Cracked Black Pepper1 Bay Leaf, crumbled1/2 Pound Whole Wheat Fettuccine2 Quarts Boiling Water
In a heavy skillet ( I prefer the old Iron one), heat oil, add peices of steak, brown. Add Celery, Onion, and Mushrooms, cook until lightly golden, about 10 minutes. Add spices, and allow to simmer for 10-15 minutes.
Add Beef Broth, if necessary to avoid sticking.
After the meat is browned, start the water for the pasta. Cook until al dente, drain. Stir in 2 Tbsp margarine.
