Dijon Parmesan Chicken

Ingredients
1 tbsp. Extra Light Olive Oil2 Skinless Chicken Breast3 tsp. Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese Shredded.
Directions
Heat large skillet at medium high heat,;
Cut chicken breast in half or strips which ever you prefer.
In a pie plate put Dijon Mustard coat chicken on both sides sprinkle with parmesan cheese, then flip and coat other side. Add oil to skillet until heated add chicken turning only once.
Makes about 5 servings
