Lemon Rasberry cookies

1/2 c. shortening1/2 c. butter, soft2 eggs1 tsp. vanilla flavor1 tsp rasperry flavor1/2 tsp soda1/2 tsp salt1 box instant lemon pudding mix1 c. brown sugar1/2 c. sugar2 1/2 c. flour
Beat shortening and butter until combined, add sugars, salt,and soda and dry pudding mix. Beat in eggs and flavorings. mix in by hand the flour. Scoop on to parchment paper lined baking sheets and bake at 350 for 10 - 12 min. cool on wire racks.
