Mori-Nu, Tofu, silken, lite firm, 4 slice *Keebler® Ready Crust® Reduced Fat Graham Pie Crust (entire pie crust), 1 serving *jello lemon pie filling, package
Blend all in food processor - pour into prepared pie crust. Bake for 25 minutes at 420F. Chill. Keeps for a week. Usually divide into 12 slices but calories are low enough to divide into 8 slices.
