Ingredients

1/2 cup corn meal ( yellow)1 1/2 cup Flour2/3 cup sugar1 tbsp Baking powder1/2 tsp salt1/3 cup oil ( canola ) 1 tbsp honey2 eggs - Large - beaten1 1/4 cup milk ( non fat)
Preheat the oven at 350 F /180 C
Mix dry ingredients in a bowl, mix wet ingredients in a measuring jug and mix well....pour wet into dry and stir till combined.
Pour into sprayed loaf tin and bake till toothpick comes out clean!
approx 45 min ???
cool on wire rack , slice into 12 slices....
good on it's own or as a side to chicken and green beans.
can also be made in muffin tins !
