Now That's a Salad Salad

Ingredients
Cauliflower, raw, 2 cup Broccoli, fresh, 2 cup, chopped Peas, fresh, 2 cup Sweet Corn, Fresh, 2 cup Green Onions, raw, 3 stalks, chopped Red Onion, medium, 1/2, choppedRed Cabbage, fresh, 1 cup, chopped Red Ripe Roma Tomatoes, 3, choppedEnglish Cucumber (with peel), 1 cucumber (8-1/4"), dicedCheddar Cheese, .5 cup, shredded Hellmann's , Just 2 Good! Reduced Fat Mayonnaise, 1/2 cupGarlic, Fresh diced, 3 cloves
Directions
Chop all ingredients and place together in a large bowl. Toss with 1/2 cup Hellman's, Just 2 Good! Reduced Fat Mayo. You can refrigerate for an hour for all the flavors to mesh.

makes 12 2-cup servings.
