Reduced Fat Crab Cakes

Ingredients
2 egg whites slightly beaten5 Tablespoons of reduced fat mayo3 tsp of Worcestershire sauce1/3 cup chopped onions1/3 cup chopped red bell peppers1 tsp saltpepper to taste1 pound Dungeness crab meat15 ritz crachers crushed
Directions
Heat Oven to 425. Spray cooking sheet with non-stick spray.

Mix egg whites, mayo, worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, onions and bell peppers. Fold in Crab meat and crushed cracker. Make 8 patties.

Place patties on cookie sheet and bake for 15 minutes. Spary tops w/ nonstick spray, flip patties and bake for additonal 10 minutes.
