OLD FASHION STUFFED PEPPERS

Ingredients
6 med. green bell peppers2# ground chuck1c. long grain rice1 c.celery, chopped1 c. onions, chopped1 tbs. garlic powder2 med. eggs1 can tomato juice
Directions
Remove seeds from peppers. Put half of tomato juice in pot. Put rest of ingredients in large bowl and mix well.Then stuff peppers and lay in pot if juice don't cover peppers add the rest. Cover and cook over medium heat for about 1 1/2 hours.
