Mama's Cornbread

Ingredients
Flour, white, 1 cup Yellow Cornmeal, 1 cup Granulated Sugar, .25 cup Baking Powder, 3 tsp Salt, 1 tsp Egg, fresh, 1 large *Milk, 2%, 1 cup
Directions
Put all dry ingredients in mixing bowl. Mix with milk (about like cake batter). Add egg. Spray 14 muffin pans with cooking spray, spoon 1/4 cup batter into each one. Bake at 425 degrees until golden brown. Makes 14 cornbread muffins
