Grilled Chicken Pecan Salad

Ingredients
1 lb. chicken breast, grilled1 c. lite mayo.1/2 c. green onions1/8 tsp. paprika1/2 c. chopped pecans1/2 red bell pepper1 tsp. lemon juice (fresh is best)salt & pepper, to taste
Directions
Lightly season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and paprika. Grill until cooked through. Dice the grilled chicken pieces into about 1/2-inch square pieces, and place in mixing bowl.
Dice red bell pepper and add to bowl. Chop green onions (from white end, for more flavor) into small pieces and place in bowl.
Add lemon juice, lite mayo., and chopped pecans. Stir to mix all together. Serve room temperature or chilled.
Makes about 4 1-cup servings.
