Ingredients
1 can Black beans1 can yellow corn1 package Mahatma saffron rice1 can Rotel tomatoes & chilis
Directions
Cook rice according to package directions.

Mix beans, Rotel and corn in medium sauce pan. Heat on medium until bubbly.

Serve by adding rice to plate and topping with Bean & Corn mixture.
