HMR Chicken Soup Chips

Ingredients
2 packets HMR Chicken Soup3 tablespoons waterSpices as desired (pepper, Mrs. Dash, salt free creole seasoning, etc.)
Directions
Mix soup mix with water, mixture should be thick. Put onto parchment paper, put another piece of parchment paper on top, and press down. Put in microwave for 2 minutes, then flip the whole thing over and microwave for another minute.

If making small chips, cut microwave time in half.

Great used as a dip chip with the entrees. For example, blend the 5-Bean Casserole in a blender with desired spices to make a bean dip.

    I use 1/4 cup h2o to make them crispier. I added dill seasononing and garlic powder. More like a cracker than a chip but really satisfies salt cravings. - 6/24/10

    I don't know if I didn't mix it well enough, spread it thin enough, or cook it long enough, but it came out with the consistency of a sticky hashbrown pancake. Still taste good though! I sprinkled garlic powder on top, tore it into pieces and spooned some 5 Bean Casserole on top. - 1/12/11
