Ingredients
4 egg whites3 packages artificial sweetener (I use Stevia or splenda)dash of Vanilla extract2 cups (500 ml) cold skim milkdash of nutmeg,to taste
Directions
~Combine egg whites and sweetener.
~Add vanilla and cold milk and beat well.
~Pour into glass or mug and sprinkle with nutmeg.or use in a recipe.
