frozen banana breakfast smoothie

Ingredients
1 large banana that has been peeled and frozen then broke into chunks1 cup 2% milk1 tbsp honey1 tsp vanilla1/4 cup wheat germ1/4 cup fat free vanilla frozen yogurta few shakes of cinnamon
Directions
take a blender and put all of the ingredients in.
Pulse on "ice breaker" a few times
then set on "smoothie" for about a minute
Next ...drink :)
