Edamame-Oat Salad

Ingredients
1 lb package frozen, shelled edamame1/4 c. finely diced celery1/4 c. finely diced carrot1/4 c. finely diced red or yellow bell pepper1/4 c. finely diced red onion1/2 c. dry rolled oats3 oz raisins1/2 c. orange juice2 T olive oil2 T red wine vinegar
Directions
Place all ingredients in a large bowl and toss to mix. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
