Sirloin Tip Roast with Onion Soup Mix

Ingredients
Sirloin Tip Roast (3 lb)1 pkg Lipton Onion Soup Mix1/4 cup Red wine (whatever kind you like)For gravy:1/2 cup water2 tbsp Wondra
Directions
Tie roast, place in pan that has been lined with tin foil. Sprinkle onion soup mix over the top, then pour wine over it. Seal the aluminum foil so steam cannot escape. Place in a 350 degree oven for 2-2.5 hours.

Remove roast from pan and pour drippings into a sauce pan. Mix water and Wondra in a cup, slowly adding to drippings over medium heat. Heat until boiling. Cut the heat down to low/med and cook until desired thickness.
