Blueberry Pancakes (From Joy Of Cooking cookbook)

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups sifter flour1 tsp salt1 3.4 tsp baking powder3 Tbsp sugar3 Tbsp vegetable oil1 cup 2% milk1 large egg1/4 cup cut op fresh blueberries
Directions
Sift 1 1/2 cups of flour

Re-sift with salt, baking powder, and sugar

Add milk and oil, stir.

Add egg and mix well, but leave lumpy.

Pour pancakes onto hot griddle. Sprinkle bleberries on top.

Cook until golden and turn, cook until golden.
