Yummy Egg Salad

Ingredients
2 Hard Boiled Eggs4 Hard Boiled Egg Whites2 tsp of low fat mayo1 tsp of dejon mustard1 tsp of dill1 tsp of chivesdash of saltpepper to taste
Directions
1. Boil eggs
2. After eggs are cooled, cut up the 2 eggs into a bowl. Remove the yolk from the other 4 and cut up the egg whites.
3. Combine mayo, mustard, dill, chives, salt, pepper to the egg mixture and mix well
4. Eat with a salad or on whole wheat bread/tortillas/Bagels
