Fantastic low Fat Italian Sausage

1 pound lean ground turkey1/4 cup Italian bread crumbs1/4 cup liquid egg whites or egg beaters1 TB plus 1 tsp fennel seeds1 1/2 tsp garlic powder1 tsp Italian seasoning1 tsp onion powder1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp ground cayenne pepper1/2 tsp black ground pepper
Mist a non-stick baking sheet with olive oil (real, not canned).
Mix the meat, egg, bread crumbs and seasonings. Scoop into 12 portions and form into logs about 4" long and 1 1/2" wide. Mist again with spray. Bake 9-11 minutes. These bake well in a large toaster oven.

Or if you want to just have browed crumbles you can leave out the eggs and bread crumbs and just mix the seasoning into the turkey. Brown in a pan. Even faster!
