TUNA SALAD

1-6 oz can Chicken of Sea Light Tuna in Water1/2 cup chopped celery & leaves1/4 cup chopped parsley1/2 cup Goya White Beans2 Tbl. Hellman's Light Mayonaise2 tsp. Yellow Mustard2 Tbl. Pickle Relish2 large ripe tomatoes
Serves 2, approx. 1 1/4 cup each, plus tomato.
Drain tuna and put in mixing bowl. Add celery, parsley and beans, and toss lightly to mix well. Add mayonnaise, mustard and relish and combine with tuna mixture. Core tomatoes and remove pulp. Stuff tuna mixture into each tomato.
