Ingredients
4 c. chopped tomato2 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil3 Tbsp. sliced ripe olives1 Tbsp. olive oil1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar1/4 tsp. salt1/8 crushed red pepper1 garlic clove, minced4 c. cooked angel hair pasta1/4 c. (1 oz.) crumbled feta
Directions
Combine first 8 ingredients in a bowl and stir well. Let stand 10 minutes.

Serve mixture at room temperature over pasta and sprinkle with feta.

One serving = 1 c. tomato mixture and 1c. pasta.
