Davids Sauage and Peppers

Ingredients
3lbs Hot Italian Sausage2 can's Diced Tomato2 can''s Tomato Paste2 C. Marsala Wine 4 Green Peppers, sliced3 Red Peppers, sliced2 Vidalia onions, cut into chucks3 tsp dried basilblack pepper to taste1 tbsp dried oregano8 cloves of garlic, chopped
Directions
Add enough water to coat the bottom of the pan heat on medium high heat and add the sausage. Brown on all sides. Remove from the pan

Add onions, peppers, and black pepper and cook until golden brown, about 5 to 7 minutes. Add basil and oregano and cook for another 2-3 minutes.

Add tomato paste and stir. Add tomatoes and stir making sure to scrape the bottom of the pan. Bring to a simmer.

While it is starting to simmer cut sausage into slices about 1/4 inch thick. Add back into pan and simmer on med low heat for about 40 minutes.

Serve either in a bowl or with rolls. (calorie count doesn't include a roll)
