Country Breakfast

Ingredients
2 large eggs, beaten1 cup diced ham1/4 large green pepper, diced2 green onions, sliced1 1/2 tablespoons buttersalt and pepper to taste
Directions
In a frying pan, melt butter over medium heat and saute vegetables, ham and seasonings for 3 minutes. Cover and cook over low heat until the peppers are tender, or 2 to 3 minutes. Pour eggs over vegetables, without stirring. Cover and cook until eggs are ste, or about 10 minutes. Cut into wedges and serve
