Cinnana Smoothie

Ingredients
1 fresh medium banana1 cup skimmed milk2tbsp cinnamon (or as much as you want)1tbsp honey (add more if you wish, but calories will increase)
Directions
1. Slice banana into a bowl
2. Mash banana with a wooden spoon whilst slowly adding milk
3. Add the 1tbsp honey and 2tbsp cinnamon
4. Get a whisk and whisk the mixture (or blend if you want)
5. Pour smoothie into a cup/mug and let it chill in fridge for a while, or just add ice and drink straight away!
