Raspberry Frozen Yoghurt

Ingredients
150 grams raspberries6 oz of low fat Greek Yoghurtsplenda to taste
Directions
Freeze the raspberries for a couple of hours. Than mix them with a low fat greek yoghurt. Mix with kitchen machine and you have instant frozen raspberry yoghurt!
Use splenda to sweeten or honey of you prefer (changes calories)

    I made this using mini processor, 1/2 cup of each, and it turned out great. Used frozen raspberries and it thickened nicely but will try cherries next time as they're naturally sweeter. Or maybe banana/strawberry. Yummy after-workout treat in 80 degree weather. Thanks for sharing this. - 8/11/18

(Thankfully I was "gifted" so I got all the benefits without the poison ivy, scratches, and bee stings that go along with picking raspberries) This was a wonderful way to use some up!
