Fish coconut curry

Ingredients
2 pangasius fillets100g rams onions200 grams zucchini1 tbsp olive oil1 tbsp curry powder0.5 cup coconut milk1 packet Uncle Ben's white rice (for 2)
Directions
Slice ionions and zucchini and fry in olive oil in a wok.
Add curry and fry till cooked
Add fish and cook 2 min. each side
Lightly break up cooked fish into bite-size chunks
Add coconut milk.
Simmer for 8-10 min.
Cook rice and serve curry on bed of rice with side salad.
