Mimi's Spaghetti

Ingredients
1 lb lean ground beef2 15 oz cans tomato sauce1 15 oz can diced tomatoes1/2 medium chopped onion1/2 cup fresh mushrooms1 tbsp itilian seasoning8 oz box of whole wheat spaghetti
Directions
Brown onion and ground beef in dutch oven or deep skillet. Drain well. Wipe grease from pan. Return beef to pan. Add tomato sauce, diced tomatoes and seasoning. Simmer for 45 minutes. Add mushrooms and cook an additional 15 minutes or so. Serve over cooked noodles. Great with a side salad -- Serves 6
