Flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched, 2 cups1/2 tsp salt2.5 tsp baking powderGranulated Sugar, .25 cupHalf and Half Cream, 1.5 cupsRaisins, .5 cupGranulated Sugar, 3 tsp
Mix dry ingredients, pour in the cream and mix lightly with a wooden spoon, add the raisins and just mix. Drop spoonfuls on parchment paper or a silicone mat on a baking sheet. Sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 400 F for 17 minutes or until golden Makes 16 scones.
