Easy Lowfat Banana Bread

Ingredients
Ingredients:Granulated Sugar, 1 cup (remove)*Eggbeaters, Original, 0.25 cup (remove)*Canola Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp (remove)Cinnamon, ground, 2 tsp (remove)Baking Soda, 1 tsp (remove)Salt, 1 dash (remove)*Whole Wheat Flour, 0.75 cup (remove)*Flour, white, .75 cup (remove)Banana, fresh, 4 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) (remove)
Directions
Mash bananas in large mixing bowl. Beat in eggs and sugar until well mixed. Add in remaining ingredients except flours. Stir in flours until well mixed. Do not overmix. Bake in 9x5 loaf pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray at 325 degrees for 1 hour
