Hamburger & Rice Dish

Ingredients
1 Lb. of Ground Beef, Lean1/3 cup chopped Green Bell pepper1/2 cup chopped Onion1 clove Garlic, minced1 can Tomato soup1 cup water1/2 cup Instant Rice3-4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce1 tsp. salt1/2 tsp pepper
Directions
Brown ground beef with onion, green pepper and garlic until no longer pink. Drain

Add remaining ingredients and stir.

Bring to a boil, cover and turn down to simmer.

Simmer for 12-15 minutes until rice is tender. Stir once or twice.

Serves 4-5

    This was good. I think the next time I make it I will add another quarter cup of rice. I calculated out the calories, etc and it came to about double what is listed here but it is a good dinner all the same. - 5/7/12
