Ingredients
i 20 oz package lean Jennie-O ground turkey2 cans Italian style Stewed Tomatoes1 med/lg zucchini, sliced1 med/lg yellow zucchini(crook neck squash) Sliced1 medium onion, choppedmushrooms (145 gr) slicedI 1 lb 10 oz jar PRTego Traditional style spaghetti sauce
Directions
Brown gr. turkey and onion until turkey is browned and onion is tender, add the stewed tomatoes and Prego, add the rest of the veggies (except spaghetti squash), and simmer for 30 minutes. pour over the spaghetti squash, top with Parmesan cheese, if desired (not in nutritional info)
