Beans, red kidney, 2 cansBeans, black, 2 cansBaked beans, 2 cans (non-pork version)Diced Tomatoes 1 lg canTomatoes 1 canYellow Sweet kernels Corn , Frozen, 3 cup onion, fresh finely chopped, 1 cup(mushrooms optional - not in tally)
Open 2 cans of everything, toss in a pot after you've sweated the thinly diced onion.
Add 1 cup of chilli powder,
3 Tbsp fresh oregano
3 tbsp fresh terragon
1tsp sage
Simmer for about 1 hour on low heat and let cool.
Best served reheated the next day.
