    Great recipe! This is one of very few ways I have found to get my vegetables in while on the HCG diet. I often add my protein to the soup for a little change. I made it without carrots so I could use it in P2. - 10/2/10

    Very Good! I'm in P2 and made it with carrots. I figure a few carrot sheds in all that soup is not going to matter. I also added a couple of bay leaves and a dash of balsamic vinegar. - 6/26/11
