3 tbsp Margarine, soft� cup Flour, white2 cups Milk, whole1.5 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded� tsp Salt1 dash Black Pepper
Melt margarine, add flour and stir until mixed well.
Add milk slowly and stir in until no lumps.
Add cheese and stir well.
Lower heat.
Add salt and pepper.
Stir to mix well.
Serve over vegies.
