Ingredients
2 c. romaine lettuce hearts1/2 c. chopped onion, any type will do1/2 c. peeled cucumber, seedless1 oz. pita chips (or 1/2 pita, toasted)1/2 medium chopped tomato1/4 cup oil/vinegar dressing
Directions
Combine all dry ingredients in a large bowl and toss with dressing. Makes 2 entree-sized servings or more for side-dish.
